PWEP is aware of the Sundance development proposal (see Notice of Complete Application). We are currently in the process of drafting our comments, to be submitted to the Bruce County planning and development office. As soon as we complete our comments we will circulate the document to everyone on the PWEP mailing list. We will also post updates here, so check back!

We are gathering all the information we can, and encourage you to do the same. There will be a Public Meeting organized through the municipality; the date has not yet been announced. In order to participate, members of the public must make a written submission to the planning authorities prior to the meeting. You can submit your comments and request to be kept in the loop regarding this development by emailing bcplpe@brucecounty.on.ca

UPDATE June 2024:  The public meeting for the Sundance development has yet to be scheduled; there has been no word from the municipal or county planning department in this regard. As soon as we are notified of the public meeting date we will circulate this information to the PWEP mailing list. Concerns regarding this development were raised in a recent environmental peer review commissioned by Bruce County (you can read more about this on our blog).
